I am Thomas Sjöland. Keywords: Semantics, Logic Programming, Analysis, Concurrent Constraints I currently work at the Royal Institute of Technology, KTH. I am head of administration at the ICT-school KTH/ICT, Kista, Stockholm, Sweden, and also manage the unit for Software and Computer Systems at the same school. I teach logic programming and supervise master's theses. As an unfinished thesis topic I studied program analysis techniques for automatically parallel programming systems. My thesis topic focusses on analysing the logic and concurrent constraint programming language AKL using the semantic techniques of Abstract Interpretation. This has lead me to an interest in how to establish formal relations between different systems specifications, or specifications on different levels of abstractions. I hope to find time to finalise this work. I sometimes compose with the aid of computers and have an interest in contemporary music of all kinds. I also listen to Bach and other classics.
